Walsh Movers offers a wide variety of services designed to make your upcoming office relocation efficient and cost effective including: move planning, scheduling, coordination and contingency planning.
We’ll schedule an appointment at your convenience to gather information regarding your origin and destination logistics, as well as take a detailed inventory of all items relocating.
Additional services, such as packing common area files, mail or supply rooms, and artwork can be quoted upon request. A written estimate of services will be provided to you in a timely manner.
Walsh Movers immediately assigns a project management team to develop a relocation plan for your move. We’ll provide the following pre-move services, free of charge: |
• Coordinate elevator and dock schedules at origin and destination • Issue Certificates of Insurance to all building management companies • Handle police detail, sidewalk and meter permits (if required) • Establish communication between all trades involved in the construction of your new offices • Set up scheduling of moves • Conduct on-site move coordination meetings with your staff, answering questions about packing and tagging • Color-code and number floor plans for your new offices • Hang destination room numbers prior to the move

We'll arrive on the scheduled date of your relocation, on time and ready to get to work. All voice and data equipment is wrapped and loaded onto computer carts. Furniture is loaded onto dollies and pad wrapped prior to loading. Finally, all remaining contents are removed from your old space.
A project manager will walk your old space with you, making sure all items were moved to your new space. The same holds true at your new offices.
We won't leave until you are happy with the way everything looks.
